PLR Are yet again pleased to offer this great little Mk2 escort Group 4 Rally car

We sold this car to its current owner circa 12 months ago , and after enjoying the car its time for him to move on to something new so we have been asked to sell the car for him .

The previous owner sadly passed away and i was asked to sell the car on behalf of the family , so sadly the 100% spec of the car isnt known , but we will give as much info as we can and are happy for any inspection to take place before purchase so the buyer can assure himself of the whole cars condition and specification .

The shell is a in superb condition , with perfect panel gaps and looks super straight . Its finished in the famous cossack livery .

There is some very minor blisters on the drivers wing that have not got worse since the last time we sold the car and have not broken the paint , they arn’t obvious but what to point this out to be honest .

There is a bolt in SD roll cage with door bars , a pair of Sparco seats and harnesses

Bias pedal box

Power steering

6 linked rear end with LSD

Quaife 5 speed straight cut gearbox

2 litre pinto ( full spec not known ) on twin 40s ( recently set up at Bogg brothers )

Coilover suspension

Willwood front brakes , with cailpers on the rear ( not sure what make )

Alloy fuel tank and pumps mounted in the boot

Spare wheel ( boot mounted )

Stacks of invoices for various parts and work carried out

This is a good spec great condition entry level rally car that presents very very well and drives well on the road , ready for its next owner to enjoy in competition or drive to shows and events
