Covering just over 62,000 miles with service history and a file full of invoices going back years .

One of only 52 ever made in moonstone blue this makes it the most sort after of them all

This car has superb paintwork , no corrosion / dents or scratches , and with a superb finish makes this car stand out well against most others  .

The engine is sweet , it pulls well and sure puts a smile on your face ,

The car was restored under the bonnet by us about 7/8 years ago , the original rs500 engine was removed and all ancillaries refurbished and the engine block was treated to a fresh coat of satin black , All the inner wings etc were treated to a fresh coat of paint and then the original engine was refitted with every nut and bolt either replaced or refurbished to original specification  .

The interior again is superb for its age , with a very rare uncracked dash and nice headliner being rare items to see in any Cosworth today , The seats and door panels are in matching great condition , well above the norm for a Cosworth of its age .

The original audio equipment still works and the electric aerial also works as it should , although the sound quality is typical 80s and wont blow your socks of for sure .

All the correct OE rs500 items are all in place and in superb condition , the bumpers / spoilers / splitter are unique to the rs500 and so demand a high price so always good to see a car with everything in great condition means you wont need to worry about trying to source these high value items .

With only a stainless steel exhaust and koni suspension being changed from the standard ford equipment means this rs500 is 95% original . ( most have these items fitted today but OE items are available should you wish to change them back )

Standard original wheels are also fitted and in superb condition and wrapped with matching Toyo Proxi tyres all round .

Overall a superb example of the rarest of the rare rs500s , with great history and in superb condition this is ideal to add to any collection or a car to start your collection going
