Having covered 125,000 miles this car shocked us on arrival just how nice it presented , with a very high gloss paint finish and looking superb having been repainted at some time in its life , but to a high standard , this certainly was no cheap blow over ,

The interior is standard and in again remarkable condition with very minimal wear on the seats , less than i have seen on cars with half the miles , only showing that the previous owners have loved this car and taken good care of it all its life .

The headliner is in great condition with no sagging or dirty areas .

The original radio is present , although not working i will look at this and try and fix this for the new owner .

A genuine RS option 4 spoke steering wheel compliments the interior and is a nice addition .

The dash is suffering from the usual cracking , but arnt they all !

The engine starts first time and is very sweet , with no lifter chatter at all it is a pleasure to hear . and once warm idles exactly as it should and has no smoke or nasty noises at all ( again amazing for its miles ) only showing again that this car has been loved and looked after correctly

The car still retains its standard for suspension and has recently had a new full exhaust system ( oe style ) no big bore stainless system that are common on these cars .

The service book is present but has only been stamped in its early years , but there are other invoices in the history file for work done since them days .

The wheels are in superb condition having been refurbished recently and wrapped in matching quality tyres .

Overview

This IMO is a fantastic looking car that starts runs and drives like a car with much lower miles , and presents the same .

Its perfect for any addition to a collection but can also be used if required without the worry of spoiling a low miles original example .
